Hey all, I’m sharing a few events that we have upcoming very soon. Check them out below and I hope to see you there. ❤️🙏
#1 Mapping Your Inner Archetypes: A Jungian Creative Exploration
Carl Jung believed that beneath our personal stories, we each carry universal ones, known as archetypes. These are recurring patterns or “characters” in the collective human psyche: the Hero, the Caregiver, the Rebel, the Lover, the Child, the Wise Elder. They live in myth and dream, in the roles we take on, and the ones we resist. And they often shape our lives without us even knowing.
As Jung wrote: “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
...But who is that, exactly? And what parts of you have been trying to speak all along?
On July 2nd, expressive arts therapist Ariel Wu will guide a small group through an afternoon of creative self-inquiry using art, writing, Jungian archetype cards, and group reflection to help uncover the symbolic patterns moving beneath the surface.
You don’t need to be an artist. Just come with curiosity!
#2 Hiking, Meditation & Waterfall Immersion
Join us on Wednesday, June 25th for a refreshing day of hiking, waterfall plunges, and guided meditation in the stunning Akigawa Valley—just 1.5 hours from Tokyo. We’ll explore Komine Park and visit the beautiful Kongo Waterfall, a perfect chance to cool off in clear mountain water (don’t forget your swimsuit) and drop into deep presence with nature. A little clip of the waterfall below! (can you believe this is technically still Tokyo?)
#3 Eye Contact at Yoyogi Park
On Sunday July 6th, we'll meet up for another round of eye contact. This time, in Yoyogi Park! 😊 Breathe, connect and enjoy eye contact. Yep, that's it! This time we will meet at 11am in a nice shady area. (optional: grab lunch/bentos with people afterwards)
