Hey, it’s Misha from Tokyo Mindfulness. 👋
I often hear from people on their spiritual and healing journeys, “When will I be better?” I like to remind them—and myself—that you’ve already come so far. Healing isn’t a straight line; sometimes, it feels like you’re taking one step forward and two steps back.
For instance, it took me two years to reach a balanced state after dealing with trauma and nervous system challenges. Even after a profound “opening” on a meditation retreat, it took over a year to integrate that experience.
So, here’s a friendly reminder: you are doing incredible work. Sometimes, all it takes is time, rest, and even a pause to let the transformation truly settle in.
Keep going—you’re on the right path. :)
